Here is the most simple and feasible way to quickly upgrade Windows 10 from one edition of Windows 10 to another. (Professional to Enterprise) Command line Upgrade If you are using SCCM/MDT just add the command line with your product key in the TS. Its as simple as it is .. changepk.exe /ProductKey  Manual Method  Clicking on the Start menu or the Start screen, type 'Activation' and click on the Activation shortcut.
