(Professional to Enterprise) Command line Upgrade If you are using SCCM/MDT just add the command line with your product key in the TS. Its as simple as it is .. changepk.exe /ProductKey  Manual Method  Clicking on the Start menu or the Start screen, type 'Activation' and click on the Activation shortcut.
